Meet the team

Ian Chinnock

Ian began his career as an exhibition stand designer, working both in the United Kingdom and America, designing award-winning stands for a varied, blue-chip client base. He likes to operate extremely closely with clients in order to fully appreciate their business goals and aspirations.

From brainstorming sessions through to on-site coordination, Ian ensures that the client is completely satisfied. His manaqement, design and marketing skills, together with 20 years of "hands-on" exhibition experience at venues all over the world, enable Ian to offer valuable input at all stages of a 3D marketing programme.

David Mullard

David started his exhibition career some 15 years ago both building and installing stands/booths around the world. He came from a carpentry background and has used these valuable construction skills to full advantage over his long career.

Over the past few years David has made the transition from construction to project management where he has helped maintain a calm influence over the projects he has operated, often falling back on his extensive experience in order to re-assure clients that everything will be fine, and it always is!

Mark Janaway

Mark joined Neoscreative in 2003, having spent 15 years selling advertising in the business to business publishing industry. He is responsible for generating new business and has put Neos on the tender list of a range of international companies, most recently Statoil, Wavefield Inseis and EMGS which have all become new clients for the company.

Mark is a thorough and dedicated salesperson and leaves no exhibition floor plan unturned in the pursuit of his goals

Tom Doumasiou

Tom achieved his degree in furniture design in 1988 and since then has designed at Dixon and Parcels, New York and helped shape the interior of Air Studios, a famous recording studio in London.

In 1993 he entered the exhibition industry and started to make his creativity known, winning his first international award in 1995. Tom has an eye for detail that is hard to beat. This has helped him create stand designs that attract visitors and then make them want to enter the stand to find out more.

Ian Hamilton

International exhibition and events are fraught with problems that need to be controlled throughout all stages and none more so than logistics. The nuances of moving an entire stand, for example from the United Kingdom to Rio de Janeiro, need careful attention as, for example, prices can spiral upwards or, worse still, the goods may not arrive.

Ian has spent the last 20 years specifically controlling exhibition consignments around the world for both stand contractors and clients. He also works on-site ensuring that clients' displays arrive in the condition that they left the warehouse and are positioned correctly at the venue. He thrives on overcoming challenges – such as arranging the shipments other companies claim are impossible or handling the surprise on-site requirements that often occur, like the 30 ton piece of equipment arriving, instead of the 3 ton display he was told to expect!
