A typical Neoscreative design process will follow these steps:

  • Initial meeting between designer and client
  • Presentation by designer showing mood boards and a selection of ideas/sketches in order to gauge client reaction and feedback
  • A second design presentation based on feedback from the previous meeting
  • Final design presented by photo-realistic visuals with detailed costing presentation by the project manager and designer
  • As many follow up meetings as required to hone the design into a working stand with product and graphic placement agreements
  • Final construction general arrangement drawing signed off prior to production

Exhibition Cost Control

Exhibition budget control should be a priority for any stand manager. It is all too easy for budgets to escalate when many cost-centres are excluded from quotes but are fundamentally essential, eg, furniture hire, exhibition graphic production, transport, etc.

Neoscreative provide detailed cost breakdowns of all services that are required for a successful exhibition stand. The client then chooses what to include and what to exclude according to budget. After show surprise invoices no longer need exist!

Occasionally extra services are required and wherever possible Neoscreative will quote for these and have them signed off prior to being actioned.

The one area the client controls fully when considering budgets is timing. The simple fact of exhibitions is that the later a decision is made, the more expensive the outcome, and this covers everything from furniture rental through to the flights for the I & D crew (if required).

The behaviour and appearance of our staff on-site has a direct effect on the exhibiting client, therefore we insist on all of our staff wearing a uniform so that they are clearly identified.
